APARTMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

2. PREMISES

3. TERM

9. RENTER'S INSURANCE

Tenant is required to maintain a renter's insurance policy for the duration of the tenancy with a minimum liability coverage of $_______ USD. 11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
